Michelle Fraser managed our property at 3/41 Ranley Grove, Paddington for a period of 4 months while we were living overseas. She demonstrated an exceptionally high level of professionalism and dedication throughout that period. Michelle's communication and attention to detail were outstanding, especially given that we were living in the USA. She always acted in our best interests and was very proficient at arranging maintenance and attending to the tenants' needs. We highly recommend Michelle as a property manager.

Michelle managed my rental property in Bardon for a number of years. She was always diligent in terms of  reporting any concerns from the tenant and addressing same. I would recommend Michelle as a very capable and efficient agent to manage any property and would be happy to use her services again

Having tried to sell our property once before I was sceptical weather a sale for the desired price was possible.
