One of Adrian’s many property strengths is his focus on residential Boarding Houses/Aged Care Facilities, Low-Medium Development sites and Subdivision Sites. He is fluent in “Developer and Investor” knowing the market and key indicators to best represent the vendors interests. He has an extensive database of investors, builders and developers seeking a range of opportunities throughout Brisbane and Queensland.

Furthermore, Adrian has extensive experience in the prestige property sector throughout the Western suburbs. He understands the key drivers of prestige property, coupled with a substantial database of clients and buyer’s agents seeking key requirements.

Adrian has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) and practical skills in residential, residential development and commercial property.  Since 2003, he has been an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a Registered Property Valour.
