SALE: Nicole Divine providing all assistance as well as changing her owns plans to allow us to view this property whilst we were in town, was key to finding the property perfect for us. Her expertise, local knowledge, contacts and genuine friendly nature provided us with the appropriate tools to allow for swift (and on time) settlement.

LEASING: We knew we were onto a good thing and jumped at the chance to have SPACE manage our property also. Jasmine Davis proved further evidence of how SPACE successfully operates. Jasmine reached out promptly introducing herself and went above and beyond to provide property management advice – she also made contact with the relevant stakeholders to arrange approval for an Open House inspection prior to settlement. On the same week of settlement, we had a signed lease agreement and a well suited tenant move in to the property! Sale to Lease has never been so straight forward. We are very thankful to Nicole and Jasmine for their exemplary service and genuine cool charm 😊

My partner and I have been looking for somewhere to live for quite a while, and one of my clients suggested I go talk to Jasmine, and I’m not kidding when I say it was the best decision I ever made!


Throughout the whole process she’s been so amazing! Jasmine is always quick to reply to any questions or queries I have and is always super helpful. It seems to be the busiest time of the year for rentals- I was really worried we wouldn’t be approved anywhere because of our age and I always thought there were probably better applicants around but yesterday we signed a lease on our new house!


I definitely felt like it was a more personal experience working with SPACE to find a rental compared to other places, and I cannot recommend them enough!
