It is obvious that he cares a lot about the properties he manages and looks for the best outcomes. He is also a very good communicator. I especially appreciated the phone calls from him with detailed explanations or updates. Tim is also very reliable. He does what he promised to do. When I saw the house yesterday, I was very impressed how neat and tidy it was. Please pass my appreciation to Tim. I would definitely recommend him 100%.
