Theresa Schouten

With over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, I bring extensive knowledge across Sales, Property Management and Body Corporate Services. Much of my sales career was spent in Brisbane's Western suburbs, where I was recognised with a Gold Award for outstanding sales achievements.

My property management career began in Inala and Oxley, where I was mentored by a respected property management trainer. During this time, I received a Property Management Award in recognition of my commitment and performance.

My experience also includes selling off-the-plan developments at Central Parklands, Mount Ommaney, as well as working in body corporate, giving me a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of residential property and attention to detail.

Since 2022 I have worked as a Routine Inspections Officer, helping to ensure properties are well maintained while building positive relationships with both owners and tenants.
