This is the second property Andrew has sold for us. We encountered a very similar experience to the previous sale. The buyer terminated the contract for unknown reason, but Andrew immediately found a new buyer and a contract was signed within 10 days at an even higher sale price. Andrew’s positive attitude is demonstrated in his tireless efforts to get us the best price possible. He never pressured us to accept an offer that we were unhappy with but promised to keep working towards our goal. We are now giving him two more properties to sell.
