He was very helpful throughout the staging & sale process and I was able to agree a fully unconditional contract with the successful bidder. Michael cancelled a painter I had engaged during the staging process to do some touch up work, as he advised it was money that did not need to be spent.

Michael kindly agreed my proposal for a sliding scale of fees dependent upon the sale price achieved. As he exceeded the listing price (which itself exceeded the estimate given by another well known agency), he was paid the higher level of fee (which was consistent with what I had been quoted elsewhere..).

I would have no hesitation in instructing him again.
