My husband and I purchased our rental unit six months ago, through Gabrielle Trickey and then asked her to manage the rental property on our behalf. It's not that often that someone is both a tenant and a landlord through the same rental agency, but that's my situation. My husband and I did a crazily ambitious Christmas holidays double whammy, renting a property in the last week of November, then preparing our own tired house for early February rental. As a tenant, I was immediately delighted with the efficient way that the Rentals team solved problems. They have great relationships with many trades people who turn up on time and do good quality work. So when it came to choosing a property agent for our own house, I didn't hesitate to call Gabrielle Trickey. While getting our house ready to rent, Gabby and the Rentals Team helped me prioritise the things that had to be done. Together we organised those awesome trades people to transform our old house into a solid investment property.
