My husband and I purchased our rental unit six months ago, through Gabrielle Trickey and then asked her to manage the rental property on our behalf. Gabrielle interviewed and screened prospective tenants and checked their references in ways that we never could. Our selected tenant is now happily ensconced on a long term lease and the rent money is automatically deposited into our account. No worries. If there are any issues, maintenance or other they are always discussed with us and more often than not handled by Gabrielle Trickey and her team when we are out of town. Again, no worries. It's not that often that someone is both a tenant and a landlord through the same rental agency, but that's my situation. My husband and I did a crazily ambitious Christmas holidays double whammy, renting a property in the last week of November, then preparing our own tired house for early February rental.
