• Promotion is for the SPACE Property Paddington Office only.

• Promotion period runs from 1st January 2024 to 31st January 2024. Our services must be engaged by way of a finalised Management Agreement (Form 6) within this time frame to be eligible.

• The new management property must be under our management for a minimum of 6 months. The 3 months free management period will commence after the completion of 6 months management. This also applies to current clients who refer a new Client./li>

• The free management services apply to the management fee only.

• SPACE Property Paddington will provide this promotion to properties located in the following suburbs only - Albion, Alderley, Ascot, Ashgrove, Auchenflower, Bardon, Bowen Hills, Brisbane City, Clayfield, Fortitude Valley, Grange, Hamilton, Herston, Indooroopilly, Kelvin Grove, Milton, New Farm, Newmarket, Newstead, Paddington, Petrie Terrace, Red Hill, Spring Hill, St Lucia, Stafford, Taringa, The Gap, Toowong, Windsor

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• If you are new Client simply engage our Award-Winning Team to manage your property. After the completion of a 6-month management period you will be given the next 3 months management services FREE.

• If you are a current Client, refer a new client that engages our management services. After they have completed 6 month’s management period you will be given the next 3 months management services FREE on your own investment property.

• There is no limit to how many referrals, eg. if we manage 4 of your properties and you refer a new Client with 4 properties then all properties will benefit from this special promotion.
