Property Manager

The portfolio style role will involve the following:

  • Managing approximately 130 properties mostly located 5km from our South Brisbane office
  • Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing repairs and maintenance, and arrears
  • Leasing and renewals

The following experience and qualifications are required:

In this Property Management role you will oversee all aspects of the portfolio including leasing & excluding trust accounting. To be successful, you will be an experienced Property Manager with at least 1 years experience, you will have excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with, Real Works , Property Me & IRE Preferred although not imperative
  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Current QLD Driver's License
